Pros
Its a company where as a fresher you fell very comfortable. Joined as a fresher in India and worked for 4 years.
Cons
Very less opportunity to grow. Horrible pay package. Be aware if you have carrier aspiration then its not a company to work for. If you are applying for Green Card from a different employee after leaving Igate then they dont even give you a experience letter by telling they dont have company policy. If you are planning for anything like that then dont expect any help from them
