Things improving ever since iGate has come in. HR dept is good and responsive. Stay back in the company for a long term be assured for an on site
Cons
Work Life balance pathetic. The nature of work is mostly clerical nothing much to do technically. If you get into a bad project then be assured to be stuck there for 18 months Fresher have to sign a bond Notice period is pretty long which makes switching cmpny impossible. Project task requirements are not clear , one ends up sitting in office waiting for the client side people to get free to get the requirement .... Possibly even 13-16 hours a day.
