The worst experience I have ever had - Data Input IGATE Employee Review

The pay is bad (raises you have to fight for), you can take time-off WITHOUT PAY, no benefits, training consisted of 10 minutes by someone who then has NO time to answer/help with questions or anything else. You cannot move up at iGATE unless the person in charge "LIKES YOU". HR doesn't even exist, she is not even qualified (El Paso, TX location). The don't appreciate the good workers, but boy does the incapable or butt kissers move up
