Pros
-Depending on the clients, opportunity to learn new technologies. - We can work more as a consultant by concentrating on technical aspects as no offshore team in most of the projects. - Onsite (US) pay is good for laterals. - Good medical benefits compare to other big indian services companies.
Cons
- They don't follow any process for onsite employees. Appraisals are pathetic. Appraisals will be closed without one-one discussion. - Onsite Hike is nil or 1-2% annually. - They will promise to file Green Card in EB2 at the time of joining..But they will do it in EB3 with-in 3-6 months of joining. They don't do EB2 for anybody. They do only EB1 or EB3. - Once your current project for which u r hired is completed, then you will be dumped. They don't find the next project quickly. Also they don't provide longer bench period. U will be asked to resign or go to India until they find next project for you. -Sometimes they will terminate the job also by giving two weeks salary if they dont find the project. they dont even give the India option.
