I had a project with good work life balance, but many projects dont, so basically its project /manager specific Only 6 hours mandatory as against many indian IT services companies having 9 mandatory hours Good Pay for lateral entry

HR policies are very employee unfriendly, HR is not for employee benefit Policies are name sake, no process in place Very little growth in terms of knowledge Promotions and career growth depends on rapport with manager and higher management Most projects are support and maintenance projects with very little development project Entry level paid comparitively less Recently the notice period was made three months Massive lay offs during recession period Attrition at peak Knowledge level of Managers - close to zero
