      Pros

      Most of the people I work with are great. People try to support me and keep things not too stressful. I appreciate the fun events and social groups too.

      Cons

      2026—business dealings/changes under new leadership has led to turbulent times for employees. Low motivation across a lot of teams right now. Also I'm now basically being forced to use AI, which goes against my morals.

      Flexible with hybrid work options however the degree of flexibility is highly dependent on your team/manager. The work is interesting.

      Cons

      The ability to move up depends a lot on your manager and relationships with others, not necessarily strictly your work product.
