Pros

vacation, management does not pry in personal business, coworkers, and district managers are good people that care.

Cons

Upper management stinks,(the ones calling the shots) Not the district managers. They(upper management) make bad decisions that affect the reps. And then the reps have to try and make up for it. No raises and too much workload. They expect more and more out of you, but no wage increases. Territories are way too big and the driving is grueling. You basically chase your tail minute to minute trying to keep up. No attractive advancement options. Upper management running company into ground from bad decisions.

If an employee’s performance and development goals align, there are many opportunities for advancement. We highly encourage all of our employees to complete an individual development plan. This helps our employees map out their career goals and identifies areas for development and advancement. We have a salary increase program to recognize individual performance and reward employees for their hard work and dedication.
