Pros
Co-workers were friendly and helpful when starting out. I had several different managers and all were respectful and allowed me to get my work done. Casual dress code, casual work environment with onsite cafeteria. Overall a good place to break into the gaming industry, if not necessarily stay there forever.
Cons
Technology stack was proprietary, inefficient, and archaic, though I've heard they are switching to Unity now for new projects. HR department lacked transparency about promotions, pay raises, and career growth. Some employees feel pressured into working lots of unpaid overtime when projects are behind an (arbitrary) schedule.
