      Good pay Benefits are good cash sharing when profits are good

      Cons

      Declining cash sharing Benefits costing employees more out of pocket Raises ridiculously low Upper management cutting pay and benefits and expecting more work Company always has a net income every quarter but employees never get a decent raise
