Poor corporate leadership - District Manager IH Services Employee Review

Challenging work always changing… lots of decision making

District managers were not engaged… only communicated it something was a problem.. left you in an island

Has good people to work with on the years I work was in 2016 to 2021 that thing wouldn't do any other yr for me for some reason

The pay could be more than is n weekly instead of the 2 week thing expec if it only evens out and no sense in driving 15-20 miles out of the way when you can get a job flipping burgers at the same pay but less mileage so you can actually make more flipping burgers in 20 miles in town cuz they pay the same wage it's not more in Georgia Pacific Max big money they need to pay for their janitorial services better because some of them people are worse than kindergarten kids and then bathrooms them people are worse than kindergartners in them that cafeterias as well go figure these are grown people too making big money
