If you have good coworkers who shares the work load and a understanding manager, it's good.
Cons
You dont get to choose your house, coworkers or manager. A lot of admin for a support worker, no team leader so if you are capable at admin all the work ends up on your shoulders, its really a roll of the dice of what your get.
