This is a family owned business with great values. This company is always growing. Continuously trying to keep up with this fast paced technological world we live in today. They understand when you have a family and can be flexible when needed. Great atmosphere! This job has a personality. It's not the same ole same ole mondane place. The work flow makes the days go by fast. The people here are great to work with! If there is anything I need to get my job done, all tools are provided. If problems arise and they are not sure of the best solution, they do their research and get you the answers needed. A year ago I moved south of the KC Metro area and my commute went from 15 minutes every AM and PM to an hour every morning and evening. Most people would have looked for a different job but I was scared to. Where am I going to find another company I actually like working for?? So I didn't! I am still here. and have no plans of going anywhere. I like working for fair, dependable, caring people.

There are not a lot of cons here. Anytime there has been an issue, it was resolved in a reasonable amount of time. In fact, from my perspective, I am having a hard time coming up with any issues I have personally experienced. They care about their employees.

Ohio customer location was great location to work with. You can really sharpen your sales skills due to lack of support for HQ.

Small family run business. I was let go after 2 months due to being to “demanding”. I asked for sales reports that showed current open orders , back orders , commission, and asked for mileage reimbursement due to extensive traveling across the state that was sprung on me after accepting the position. They can’t provide sales reports. You are kept in the dark about pricing and when orders come in that aren’t directly placed by you. So you never know if you are being compensated properly for commission especially when multiple shipping locations are involved, which is the case in OH market. My experience is they could not competitive compared to the many competitors in the market. Vacation policy is poor. Training was poor to non existent. I was a salary employee and had to inform the employer that docking me holiday pay was illegal. Be very cautious.
