Good work, very little communication and pay - Unarmed Security Officer IIdon Security Employee Review

Not enough pay, not enough hours, no good communication, little appreciation for above and beyond, was told I’d get at least 40 hours weekly and that never happened, some people don’t get paid what they’re told they’re getting paid, supervisor position apparently pays no more than $13 hourly same as everyone else but with more responsibilities, they will make you pay for your uniforms if you quit or get fired.
