      Terrible upper management No support for learning Complex and difficult processes that make no sense No support from HR or management if you struggle Targeting when they want you gone Unprofessional behavior if you are not in the center circle NO support for diversity even though they claim they do

      Pros

      There are some great, inspiring, and passionate people who work there, but none of them are in leadership positions.

      Cons

      Leaders aren't held accountable for KPIs or poor behavior. Decisions are made by forum/committee/council, so there is no clear ownership or guidance. The Service Office/HQ leaders look down on the store and fulfillment center teams, making decisions based on assumptions rather than taking time to understand the reality on the ground.
