      Good benefits Good management Healthy work environment Wouldve stayed longer but unfortunately had to move to a place that didnt have Ikea Good pay at $20/hr

      A bit fast paced No full time health benefits BUT You do get better part time benefits then most places!

      Benefits PTO and vacation The team is good. Installing the roomsets and media Picking design to a certain extent

      Management The design can be really controlled You have to get approval from so many people Manager is micro managing
