      It is a team environment and they are very proactive regarding training and team activities to support their sub culture

      Cons

      Working in the graphics department - when installing the floor graphics there were two choices - be on the ground applying the graphics before store hours (risking being run over by pump trucks) or during store hours (risking being run over by shopping carts)

      Pros

      There are some great, inspiring, and passionate people who work there, but none of them are in leadership positions.

      Cons

      Leaders aren't held accountable for KPIs or poor behavior. Decisions are made by forum/committee/council, so there is no clear ownership or guidance. The Service Office/HQ leaders look down on the store and fulfillment center teams, making decisions based on assumptions rather than taking time to understand the reality on the ground.
