      Great benefits package is the only reason I have stayed with this company for so long.

      Cons

      Strong cliques among Shopkeepers. Steering group does not follow IKEA values. Only promote favorites and overlooks those with strong potential.

      They have very nice break rooms. One of the best i have seen in my employment history.

      Cons

      It can be very busy, and you might have to argue with customers a lot and that really drains your energy
