      Team leaders were always talking about each other. Manager did not know what he was doing. Hours were cut.

      Cool place to work if you have no other career options, as it is retail. If they paid commission like other furniture stores this would make things a lot better.

      It's retail. High school mentality as to be expected. Work your butt off for them to never promote you.
