Pros
Very ethical in terms of how they treat benefits and work life balance (usually). The product is decently made at a pretty good price. Many of the people are really ok sorts.
Cons
They were unwilling to make the leap that IT projects do not do well when the main mode of work is "jump in, fix it, and be a hero", vs "put some thought in to get it right the first time"
