Each department was more interested in passing the buck than working together to create solutions. Operating procedures changed almost daily and were not communicated to all stakeholders. Management knew that all they had to do to keep ownership happy was to tell them what they wanted to hear, regardless of whether or not it was true. Hourly employees were considered unfit for providing feedback or suggestions to management. Owners were good people but sure didn't hire right for their immediate reports. All in all a very discouraging place to work.
