Pros

Manager are very hands off on every aspect of your job. I mean literally no training and neither feedback on growth or any type of 1 on 1 with managers.

Cons

The company hires people without experience and expected to excel on your job; A company for those many years since(1951) should have a hiring program in place for all employees, besides appropriate training and coach program available: No training on the field either; I was on ride along training for 3 weeks and left on the field to figure it out by my direct manager; Create redundant reports that any CRM could do it for us, but we have to do it manually by manager instructions; Working after hours and weekend to get the load of work done and do not ask for sympathy from your manager, they are on the same boat as you; yet on the interview day, they emphasis and mentioned that the company had a work balance life. Low bow salary based on majority of their other Shingle manufacturers and unreasonable And unreachable sales goals through out the quarters and yearly. Do not expect to make any commission. So, to summarize: if you have been in the industry for while you might succeed with them but if you are looking for a company to grow personally and professionally perhaps take a different path. No mentoring-ship on a company that the turnover is huge within corporate and outside sales team.

Pros

The company feels really small in that you get to know a lot of the people. Decent pay and you build great relationships.

Cons

The pay eventually caps out. The base pay could be more.
