Location (if you live Brampton or Mississauga, even Etobicoke).
Cons
Culture is very unique, owners are completely involved even with sales close to US$1B, they still call the gate supervisor to check if the shipment for XY customer has been shipped, or if employee Z has arrived to work. Senior management team likes to keep different areas in conflict, creating a dog-eat-d-w-environment instead of trying to promote a cohesive, vision-driven approach.
