Outdated and Rigid - Senior Financial Analyst/Plant Controller IKO Industries Employee Review

- Poor compensation/bonus structure - Poor work/life balance. Company expects full time onsite. Senior leaders expected me to fly for a business trip on Easter night. - Conversations frequently range into inappropriate and unprofessional territory (religion, politics, etc) - Company uses outdated systems and ERP to save costs, resulting in additional labor hours. - Lack of training, especially for systems in place. Most knowledge is tribal. - Senior leadership has recevied consistent feedback for several years and hasn't reacted to improve on any criticisms. - Lack of automation. Multiple entries are made monthly - Extremely high turnover. Average tenure on finance team is less than 2 years not accounting for the most senior member. - No room for growth. Despite what managers may tell you, there's almost no room for growth. The only way to advance is if someone leaves and the company generally hires externally. - Medical benefits are extremely poor. Only medical plan is a high deductible HSA.
