Business Outlook
Pros
Good onboarding process, good communication, great management, and wonderful people. All of this makes you feel like the company isn't as spread out as it is (with respect to the physical location of all employees).
Cons
The company is structured around being close to its clientele. This results in lots of offices all over north america; however these offices are small. It's a bit of a shock coming from an office building with over a hundred people to one where you could be the only one on some days.
