      Pros

      Extremely knowledgeable engineers and a very positive environment to work in. Culture is very relaxed and fun.

      Cons

      -Management is too focused on KPIs without knowing why. -Management isn't supportive of different sales techniques or styles. -Tons and Tons of industry and technical information to learn by watching power points and videos.... nothing is hands on and the learning process is not immersive. -Lots of turn over with upper management. -Middle management seems too tied down by upper management -Resources are either not optimized for success -Too much time cleaning up the CRM vs. engaging customers and selling
