Pros
The indusrty is fun to work within and the ability to make money is good. Some coworkers are great and fun.
Cons
People are greedy and the pay is one sided. A few traders make all the money and the other groups are not treated fairly. Trading is the only thing here and it does not matter if you are a trader trainee or a 10 year experienced trader you are treated well. All others are not treated fairly or well at all. Even if you have experience you are a nobody unless you are in trading. A worthless place.
