- Senior management is a joke. Although the company is small, and the number of bureaucratic layers low, communication practically nonexistent. When people got fired or the company was closing down an office, you learned it through newspapers or external sources. - None of the employees I met were happy or satisfied with their job, they just worked there for the money. The employee turnover at the company is huge: 30% of all employees leave after six month, not including people who got fired (you walked to the office one morning, and 5 employees were gone). - Your potential for career growth: forget about it. People get stuck in their position. Not enough training or inappropriate training is provided. - Job is boring and the work experience dull: you become lazy and stupid after a while.
