Pros

- knowledgeable people - relaxed dress code - very nice "annual trips" - very nice company parties - good salary compared to other companies in Holland - fast pace

Cons

- hours are not flexible enough - you don't get paid to work over the phone after hours but they expect you to do so - they don't have good benefits (besides the trips)

IMC provides excellent compensation for good performers, opportunity to travel worldwide and interact with very smart people

It is super competitive place and you need to be your best all the time
