ONLY for finance department (you may not experience this in other departments): -No work-life balance. Excessive overtime. Month end work till mid-night. Sometimes managers work on the weekend/public holiday -No support/training, because everyone is so busy. -Toxic culture. People talking behind people’s backs and report to their managers. Instead of trying to solve the problems, they tried to make it bigger. -Supporting department rather than profit making department, so not much appreciation. -Really high staff turnover -Average/below average remuneration. No bonus/additional benefits.
