- looks great on a resume - cool and interesting work - like-minded, young industry - great for networking and getting your feet wet
Cons
- unfair compensation - bare minimum benefits - title promotions and increased workload without financial compensation - environment tends to be catty and you get the sense that you have to always look over your shoulder - no compensation for evenings and weekends worked - little to no corporate culture or company morale
