- it's a Toxic work environment - No room for progression in your career, no bump in salary, no bonuses or Pay review, basically Cheap labour! - Communication is awful between managers, often caught out on lies. - Always short staff unbalance workload do more than you are worth. - Terrible support triage. - No structure for self-development learn on the job with limitation/exposure. - passive aggressive behavior within the team - made it incredibly unpleasant to work within that team. - My advice stay for a short period of time no longer than 6months /or go for the interview (Experience)
