Pros

They promote from within. A lot of room for growth. Bonuses

Cons

Too much paperwork. The owner has been sued a couple of times in the past 10 years and wants to account for everything which is good but causes a lot red tape. When something goes wrong, which it does often, they look for blame more than solving it. If you were promised a raise then get it in writing or they will come up with a situation to prevent that from happening. There's a very big turnover rate in a small amount of time. Turnaround for orders is way too long it takes 3 - 5 days for something to ship. Need to hire more people to handle the tasks, but don't want to shell out the cash. Need to be more competitive with Amazon and have an automated system.

I’ve been with the company for 20 years, primarily in supply chain. The company offers a high level of flexibility particularly for employees who are dependable and results-oriented. I’ve been given the opportunity to work directly with customers, which adds variety to the role and keeps the work engaging.

Pros

Impak Corporation is a solid U.S. based manufacturing company with a strong work ethic and a collaborative team environment. Coworkers are supportive, knowledgeable, and willing to help, which makes day to day work smoother and more enjoyable. Leadership is approachable, and it’s clear the company values dedication and reliability. There are real opportunities to learn new skills and grow, especially for employees who take initiative and are willing to work hard. The work is steady, and you gain hands on experience in manufacturing, packaging, and operations that can be valuable long term. It’s also refreshing to work for a company that takes pride in American manufacturing and product quality.

Cons

Honestly, there are no major negatives to mention.
