Ineos is great - Account Manager INEOS Employee Review

Salary and conditions better than most other companies but not as good as Basf or Dow. Needs to work on its image to the outside world. Things are changing...some for the worse but most for the better. Internal communications could be better as could external image. This is Britain's biggest private company but you would hardly know that. The only time the company is in the news is when the owner is in the FT rich list or a strike at Grangemouth....The people are great and you do get treated well on the whole. Just would like to know where the company is headed in the longer term?!
