Pros
-Pay is between median and 75%. -Ineos is notorious for moving extremely fast vertically for projects. This is a good thing because entire departments will make time to launch projects. -If you like sports they own alot of sports teams. -The company worships safety guidelines like a second religion. -"Klingon Promotion" culture. The outflux of retirees and people who fail to meet metrics guarantees you pretty competitive salary changes. -Noncompetitive work culture. Everyone is genuinely trying to survive through cooperation.
Cons
-Pay is between median and 75% -Ineos used to be filled with top tier talent, however due to retirements and underpaying new junior & midlevel engineers and rarely hiring upwards, its a club of mediocrity catering to people more interested in retirement and the status quo. -Ineos has developed a new theory that -Management are willing to lose tens of thousands a year in operating expenses just to avoid adding a single line in capital expenditures. -Its slowly turning into a feudalistic society where royalty shouts demands at the peasantry who grow increasingly apathetic because royalty will buy all sorts of toys for an HQ and then cut 25% of a team's staff. -Anyone with talent is sniped by the mothership and dragged off. -Ineos hates the idea of telecommuting. Luckily most managers ignore it for their teams if they aren't cursed to work at the HQs.
