Pros
For the first time in my career I feel like I work for a company that ACTUALLY cares about their clients as well as their employees. The training process is fast and full of information but very intentional. The process includes training with each team member to broaden the way training is accomplished as well as help new employees become comfortable with the rest of the team. You never have to be nervous to reach out to anyone to ask questions, everyone is ready and willing to help! The IT response time is also like nothing I have ever seen before! I was setup before my start date and any complication as been addressed and fixed the same day. So far, this is the happiest I have ever been working.
Cons
So far the only con is working until 6 PM but it is convenient to not start until 9 AM and have the morning to get projects done.
