good work life balance, opportunity to move to other departments

Cons

inefficient allocation of resources. Too much money spent in woke initiatives and HR for appearance. Recently announced restructuring and firing of people because of cost reduction but keep wasting money in parties and useless things

Horizontal culture, very European with manageable work life balance.

Cons

Limited growth opportunities, endless layers of bureaucracy, disconnected senior management, and lack of a meritocracy are the key cons.
