      Cons

      Limited growth opportunities, both at a corporate level as well as individually. Does not have a very strong competitive advantage outside of the Netherlands

      Horizontal culture, very European with manageable work life balance.

      Cons

      Limited growth opportunities, endless layers of bureaucracy, disconnected senior management, and lack of a meritocracy are the key cons.
