      Not as much work as at other banks (on the investment banking side) Some nice colleagues and an apparently relatively flat organization

      Cons

      Stingy on items where they should spend money, wasteful on expat benefits or team-building perks Not driven No strategy - they dream up goals and then believe that magic will make it all happen

      Horizontal culture, very European with manageable work life balance.

      Cons

      Limited growth opportunities, endless layers of bureaucracy, disconnected senior management, and lack of a meritocracy are the key cons.
