      Work from home flexibility. Regular updates from senior management about changes in the company. Excellent community volunteer opportunities. Employer match for donations.

      Cons

      No skip level meetings. Its not appropriate to comment when the company is realigning its strategy. Several cons observed will be part of any company that is undergoing tremendous change in trying times.

      Horizontal culture, very European with manageable work life balance.

      Cons

      Limited growth opportunities, endless layers of bureaucracy, disconnected senior management, and lack of a meritocracy are the key cons.
