ING Direct UK is a subsidiary on ING Netherlands. Companies IT purchasing and strategies are all tied into what the head office tell you. Good co-workers and interesting work keep your mind off the bad attitude of the senior management.
Cons
Unprofessional top management who are very autocratic. You are told every one has a voice but in fact it is only if your opinion is in line with the management. If you are to go against the management then you are put into your place and from here on there is only a downward spiral for you career.
