Pros
Since they have office all over the place, you also get to work from home or at a remote location that's closer than the hiring office.
Cons
Some managers are good and open but for most your managers have top secret that you won't know what's going on and be ready of changing everyday if not every hour. That's like what they do best, is to hide and keep changing things and no big planning.
