      Pros

      Good company policy, big family. There are a lot of excellent and friendly people

      Cons

      A lot of teams hire external engineers who are not good, which create extra burdens for decent engineers to clean up the mess. It could be also bureaucratic in some divisions. The company policy doesn't favour to keep young professional.

      Horizontal culture, very European with manageable work life balance.

      Cons

      Limited growth opportunities, endless layers of bureaucracy, disconnected senior management, and lack of a meritocracy are the key cons.
