      Pros

      Great culture, great engineering, a lot of help is available for issues and everyone tries to make sure you succeed. Reasonable hours and work and colleagues respect vacation boundaries. Pay is good for the market and a lot of decisions that affect employees are discussed with us beforehand (Hybrid work, etc)

      Cons

      Hard to climb up the ladder and may take some time since the company is so big. Positions open up slowly. Lots of large corporate enterprise bloat with approvals and pace of work
