      Pros

      On average, one of the best work life balance type of environment I have ever experienced with a good, respectable, pay. They might not pay the highest salary compared to other banks, but they don't burn you out either.

      Cons

      I'm nitpicking... probably it has less amenities than other companies...? No cafeteria, no unli coffee, etc.

      Horizontal culture, very European with manageable work life balance.

      Cons

      Limited growth opportunities, endless layers of bureaucracy, disconnected senior management, and lack of a meritocracy are the key cons.
