Good pay, friendly coworkers and that's about it.
Cons
No leadership whatsoever. If you need guidance or assistance from the VP, you have a 90% chance your emails or messages will be ignored continuously. Too many alcohol related "work activities" in and out of office to be taken seriously. The office is dirty and disgusting. Rules apply to some people but not others. Run away fast.
