Most of the Nashville office was laid off and many people moved to Nashville for the job. Management does not seem to have your best interest at heart and they do not think of you as a person, just an employee. They tell you you’ll work hybrid but then make you come into the office. It took over a year upon getting hired to work hybrid and the whole office was annoyed about this. During yearly reviews, the guy who hired all of us was completely uninterested and on his phone the whole time. He hired managers so he didn’t have to talk to anyone. The office was new when we we started and felt like it was so unorganized. You do not get yearly raises and you’ll never get promoted. INSPYR has no idea what you’re doing for the company you work for. I could go on and on.
