Good working environment. Understanding and compassionate management. Somewhat flexible work hours. Interesting work and technologies. Scenic location.

Cons

Not the most competitive salary. Can be chaotic; some organisational and planning issues. Location can be awkward if you don't drive (free parking if you do though!) No opportunity for working remotely for all employees.
