Good location if you drive, on site parking. Some roles have a possibilities of progressing.

Cons

No loyalty to long term staff. Make you work on things that are absolutely against your moral values to the point that it makes you mentally ill - but don't worry they have private healthcare to send you to when you're having a breakdown! 21 days holiday. Unrealistic Work/Life balance expectations. Untrustworthy HR department.
