Collaborative and supportive culture – Everyone works together and helps each other succeed. Mission-driven organization – The company truly lives its mission, vision, and values every day. Empowering leadership – Leaders trust employees, avoid micromanagement, and provide guidance when needed. Fantastic team environment – Colleagues are friendly, supportive, and quick to step in and help. Recognition and appreciation – Team members regularly give kudos and celebrate each other’s contributions. Opportunities for skill development – Access to INTEGRIS Health Way courses for professional growth. Hybrid work flexibility – A good balance between remote and in-office work. Great tools and resources – Laptops, dual monitors, headsets, and even branded t-shirts provided.

Cons

Limited career advancement outside management – While there are great internal courses like INTEGRIS Health Way, options for growth beyond moving into a leadership role are limited unless you apply for a different position internally. Professional development could be broader – More pathways for non-managerial career progression would make the organization even stronger.

Pros

I love my job, my leader and my co-workers! This Hospital is amazing and all of the people that work there are so kind and friendly! Great place to work!

I don’t have any! It is a great place to work!

Pros

Pay was the only pro I can think of and that still was not that great.

Cons

understaffed, forced to take more patients than was told you would have to, no PTO, was made to work most holidays because so short staffed, micro managing at its finest and non-existant managers.
