      Pros

      My co-workers and manager are great and the only reason I stay.

      Cons

      Nursing is not valued. System CNO let go even though they try to make it look like it was her decision. We are not dumb. They did it to last CNO too and our hospital CNO. Nursing not supported. Only money matters.

      Pros

      I love my job, my leader and my co-workers! This Hospital is amazing and all of the people that work there are so kind and friendly! Great place to work!

      I don’t have any! It is a great place to work!

      Pros

      Pay was the only pro I can think of and that still was not that great.

      Cons

      understaffed, forced to take more patients than was told you would have to, no PTO, was made to work most holidays because so short staffed, micro managing at its finest and non-existant managers.
